
The Purpose of the M L K Celebration Committee
To operate exclusively for charitable, scientific and research-based, literary and educational purposes within the meaning of 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of the 1954 as amended (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue law); To commemorate and promote awareness of the many contributions made to society by Dr Martin Luther King Jr in his struggle for Civil Rights. To award deserving high school students scholarships to continue his or her education at an institution of higher learning. To organize and support activities such as the Annual Commemorative Breakfast and other activities to that end. To host activities in celebration of Dr Martin Luther King Jr 's birthday and his other civil rights achievements. To conduct educational training and workshops dealing with civil rights. To enter into any kind of activity, and to make, perform and carry out contracts of any kind, in connection with, and necessary or related to, the accomplishment of the foregoing purposes of this Not-for-Profit Corporation.

Table seating is first come/first serve. Deadline for Ads is December 29, 2023.
